This is a private institution center of higher education, dedicated to the training of professionals and found in calle Cristo. It was created by Alejandro Algeria. It's importance is that it trained professionals to be capable of contributing to the understanding and solution of the social, cultural, economic and geopolitical reality of Puerto Rico and the people of the Caribbean.
