Antiguo Manicomio Insular

Antiguo Manicomio Insular was built in 1854 by the Spanish king decreed as an insane asylum. It was converted to a United States army barracks after the Spanish-American War. It has been used since 1965 as the Puerto Rican Academy of Fine Arts.
